Four BannersThis policy explains what data the Four Banners game and the playfourbanners.com website collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Account data: the login you choose and your password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Game data: your city, troops, heroes, alliance membership, battle reports and other progress in the kingdom.
- Chat messages you send in world and alliance chats.
- Technical data: IP address, device model, operating system and game version, used to keep the game running, prevent cheating and fix crashes.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or payment data. The game has no real-money purchases and no advertising SDKs at this stage.
How we use data
- To run the shared kingdom and save your progress across devices.
- To moderate chat and enforce the Terms of Service.
- To find and fix bugs and balance the game.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is processed by our hosting providers (our game server host and Cloudflare for the website and file delivery) only to provide the service.
Retention
Account and game data are kept while your account exists. During the open test the kingdom may be reset, which deletes game progress. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Delete your account
Write to [email protected] from any address and tell us your login. We delete the account and its game data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Children
Four Banners is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
The website
playfourbanners.com does not use cookies or tracking. Cloudflare, our website host, processes technical request data (such as IP address) for security and delivery.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when the game changes, for example before the Google Play release. Questions: [email protected].
